"We Can See Your Eyes Change"

I would like to share my wish that people take the time to hear messages from those of us on my side.  We know you hear us deep inside (even though you don’t think you do), because we can see your eyes change as you consider what you’re hearing.

We want to be of help, but we’re not here to be your moral compass.  So if you choose to do silly or stupid things, that’s your free will.  We won’t interfere.  But if you’re trying to do the right thing but aren’t aware of what’s up ahead, without a doubt you’ll hear from one of us.

Minutes before I fell off a tractor and died, I had a strong feeling of caution come over me.  But at fourteen I thought nothing of it.  Be wiser.  Listen!

"It's A Miracle Blessing"

To forgive someone is the single greatest gift you can give or receive.  We don’t know that when we’re on your side because we think if we’re not holding a grudge that’s enough.  But it’s not.  Not really.  Giving forgiveness: To let a person know that they’re forgiven gives them the opportunity to feel free from a sadness that may be deep within, but they’ve never known why.

When I was young I did things I later regretted.  I prayed about it which helped, but didn’t know I should try to see (in my thoughts) the faces of those people I hurt and ask them for forgiveness.  Receiving forgiveness: I now know it would have freed me from my shame so much sooner.  I gave up on myself too soon.  I pray you never do.  Ask for forgiveness and give it freely, as well.  It’s a miracle blessing, to be sure!

"It Keeps You Bonded Between This Life and the Next"

Pachelbel’s Canon in D is one of my favorite pieces of music.  I used to sit and listen to it as a child in my grandmother’s kitchen.  As we ate graham crackers and talked about our day, it played in the background.  Somehow though as the years passed and my grandmother got too old to live alone, I saw her less and less.

Before she died, however, I took her hand, looked into her eyes, and told her as clearly as I could that my memories of her kitchen with the music and the crackers were the best part of my childhood.  I saw in her eyes too that she felt that way as she patted my hand.

I wanted to tell you about this because someday when you die you’re going to go with that one person you cherish from the bottom of your heart.  For me it meant I got to go with my grandmother.  As soon as I came free from my body there she was, but this time with her hand out to me.

Tell people who have made a difference in your life how much those memories mean to you.  It keeps you bonded between this life and the next, which means so much when it’s time to say goodbye…and then hello again!

Thanks for the gift of hearing me -

Timothy
