Q: Can bipolar disease be reversed?
A: Before a person suffering from bi-polar disease can be helped, an evaluation is necessary, for three forms exist: one form is through family genetics; one from a major life crisis; and one from a lack of physical activity and sunlight.
For those who suffer through family genetics, it is vitally important they commit to a regular lifestyle of healthy foods, regular schedules for sleep and waking up, and modest exercise including fresh air and sunshine. For those who suffer through the onset of a crisis, their past must be dealt with by a trained psychologist or psychiatrist involving the gentle manipulation of their crisis memories through hypnosis. Additionally, full spectrum lights offered daily for brainwave re-patterning is highly encouraged. For those who neglect life’s natural course to be active, their bi-polar disease can be the most difficult to reverse. In these cases, their most important ally – activity – is what the sufferer most rejects. Through activity, brainwaves restructure movements into bursts of light while re-patterning away from old chemical washes that trauma-induce again and again.
