Q: What are panic attacks about? My 16 year old son who is a really super kid is starting to have panic attacks. (P.S. Just before they hit, his feet begin to itch.)

A: Panic attacks are felt when the body is unable to deal with the realities of the mind. Because there is so much being taught about the world being negative, most adolescents reach a point where their childhood-bounce leaves their feet. This allows their negatively altered minds to biochemically lead them into that negatively charged world, facilitating sadness and depression. Among teens this downward trend is becoming epidemic and must be reversed. Your son’s feet are itching (!) to get into that better place.

Below each person’s feet is the miracle world they have been hoping for and praying about, for as Jesus walked the Earth he penetrated it with ions of magnesium AND iron – for both the mind AND the body – which in tandem magnetically reduces the arch of the downward spiral.

Imagine life where you do not worry about anything! Imagine feeling nature keeping you upward bound! Imagine feeling born again each day - jumping, leaping and playing no matter what your age! Imagine vigor! This is the gift Jesus has for everyone!

EXERCISE:

Each morning as you awaken, wiggle your toes! Feel YOU feeling THEM! (This invigorates the mind AND body, together.)
Speak to your feet as if they were alive…because they are!
Tell them how wonderful your day is going to be!
Lovingly massage them from top to bottom, and heel to toe.

  • Thank them each evening for supporting you so well.

  • There IS Christed energy on Earth. Jesus bequeathed it to all who join him in asking that their mind AND body be healed through the power of love. Remember, when Jesus spoke to the masses as well as his disciples, he addressed not only their minds but he openly addressed their feet by washing them with care and love. He knew of the Earth as a provider of love that restrings the DNA of those who believe in Jesus’ message of love and peace.

    Love and light,

    LYNN SCOTT
