Q: When a person dies young, does it mean that was their fate?
A: Fate is a term used by man to explain man’s own ways. It means that no matter what, this outcome was inevitable. Far from being God’s will, fate is sometimes taken into a person’s world by accepting that God’s ways come after man’s ways. The will of God is to have every man, woman and child know that they are loved beyond all measure. To relate to this as their outcome alters the way they experience themselves and thus their lives.
Because, however, millions before us have not always sought God’s will ahead their own, millions of their descendants have had to pay the penalty which is why so many innocent children inherit disastrous outcomes such as disease and death. Because Jesus saw the will of mankind overtaking the planet through repeated acts of karma, he spoke openly about forgiveness and turning the other cheek, vs. retaliation through ‘an eye for an eye’. Through his death, Jesus carried each of us who wants to go into the plane to peace upon his shoulders. There he places us in a life that reverses cords of death, destruction and karma known as fate.
