Q: How can I overcome feeling anxious?
A: Invariably, those who relate to Earth as a place of work rather than fun are most often plagued with feelings of anxiousness. Because of this outlook, they feel the pressure to do more and more work with little permission from within to relax and enjoy themselves. Worry is a symptom of anxiety. When a person worries, they project outwardly. But when a person feels anxious, they trap their worries inwardly. Those who worry and those who feel anxious, are those who feel the need to get involved in all that’s going on around them. While concern for others drives them, it also drowns them. When this happens to you, ask Jesus to intervene on their behalf and then commit to yourself that yourwork is your only work. Keep focused on your tasks. Sooner than you think, other people’s problems and work will stop haunting you.
CREATE AN OUTLET: Trapped feelings need an outlet. While punching bags work well for some, jumping is one of the greatest gifts a person can give themselves. Commit to doing these exercises. As you do, you will notice a discernable difference in how you not only perceive the world, but in how you feel the world. The difference will be night and day! Allow the Christ Light that Jesus poured into the Earth to come up through your feet as you stomp and jump! Live, love, and laugh!
