For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. Genesis 2:24

A: In the unity of marriage, The Lord places a sort of protective energy or essence over a couple which then unites their spirits.  In this way, the couple begins the process of seeing and feeling one another through their eyes of love...radiating God’s love from within.

As the marriage softens and the couple relates that working out their differences through love and compassion is their path to happiness and glory, the couple becomes strengthened by Christ’s holy spirit. 

Taking the husband to his God-self of love, and the wife to her God-self of love, each begins the process of absorbing the energy and essence of God’s love into their united flesh.

Beholding and becoming! 
One love, one flesh! 
Can you imagine a world in which all children are borne of this love? 
Jesus has.
