Q: How can I increase my daily productivity?
A: What happens is, as a person feels less and less valued for who they are, they value themselves less and less. Eventually, they value themselves more for who they COULD be than for who they already are. When this occurs, they spend too much time out of their body, up in the ethers, submitting themselves to their glory days ‘when their ship comes in’. While it feels important for a while, when they come back to reality they have taxed so much of their mind already that they have little else for anything or anyone else. So many people are now either borrowing trouble or borrowing glory that fewer and fewer are truly in their bodies feeling the here and now. Because of this, their minds feel wasted and their bodies feel empty, in need of food or alcohol to help fill them up.
To become a productive person, aspire to make today the best day of your life! What would that mean to you? Would it mean you don’t argue with anyone? Would it mean you smile at everyone? What if you were to eat only healthy foods today? Or walk instead of drive on your errands? Once you become more task oriented to what you can do today that is really great, it reorients your mind BACK into your body to want to increase your daily physical output! This plan radically reduces your fatigue, your need for sugar, your excuses and your sadnesses. More importantly, this plan increases your fitness, your fun and your future of joy! Be brave and try it! Jesus awaits you each day to help fill in your days with love!
