Q: Is my left knee hurting because I am exercising too much on daily walks?
A: You’re faster in your mind than your body, so your body hasn’t felt the ability to keep up with your mind. As you get older your mind continues to race whereas your body feels ‘left behind’ leaving room for dreariness, discomfort and even disease. To improve the situation, begin with your heart muscle. Learn to ask favors and questions of it. It is the main function that either aids or resists your body. Although it begins as an aid to the physical body, if it is neglected (by no need to hear from it vs. the brain), it releases chemicals into the body that breaks down tissues and organs, alike. Talk to your heart as you walk! Turn to it as if you would turn to a man or woman whom you trusted more than anyone, anywhere. When you do this, the biochemistry of your ‘organ of Jesus’ will enlighten the bottoms of your feet to feel the ground as divine. Upsurges of water - electrified with increasing ‘HEALED DNA’ energies - shall envelope both your mind and your body and within a month or two you should notice a decreasing difference in the amount of pain you feel even if you increase your exercise to match your motivation! Be strong by asking your mind to relate to your body. For a long time you allowed the two to ‘frequency’ themselves as separate properties – ergo they vibrated on different levels of physical reality.
