Q: Will the US succeed in Iraq by increasing its troop strength?

A: The reduction of nuclear weapons on Earth has allowed Americans to feel a life of freedom without the worry of annihilation.  However, the reduction has not ensured the destruction of all materials used in the making of dirty bombs.

The winds of war are upon us now as the U.S. (in a twist of fate) drives Saddam Hussein’s enemy, Iran, back into a corner.  For even as our country’s brightest and bravest fight for turf on the streets of Iraq, Iran’s president is preparing to release into the atmosphere dirty bombs first developed in the mind of the late Ayatollah Khomeini for his successors to produce and use.

gabriel publishingWhen elected, George Bush, Sr. ruled out governing the sovereign land of Iraq because he and his military leaders felt that to do so would be to invite the nations of Islam to band together and begin the fight that we might not ever win on land.

But when his son, George W. Bush, was elected, his prism was not so clear; his cabinet was not as open to diplomacy as his father’s. And so the war that was to liberate Iraq from its tyrannical president has now turned into a budding war between East and West with Mecca fiercely caught in the Middle.

Come to the future of The Lord Jesus Christ where no lands are occupied by foreigners.  Come to the picture of our sovereign land held high in the hearts of men and women world-wide who recognize that our leaders are elected to heed the will of its People, by its People and for its People.

But if the world blinks and sees our president turn a blind eye to the will of our People to end this bloodshed, what message does this send to young minds about democracy both here at home as well as abroad?

We must be willing to ask ourselves if it is it in President George W. Bush’s character to allow the people of Iraq to deliver themselves to their final outcome, or is he finishing what he thinks his father should have done?

Refuse to believe that it is the will of Iran’s good people to suffer under the shadow and ghost of the Ayatollah Khomeini, forever.  Free our country from the grips of the old Iron Curtain’s desire to execute a plan that spreads our troops so thin that our homeland security truly becomes threatened.

Believe in the power of prayer and pray for peace,
