Q: Why do seniors need so much sleep throughout their day?
A: As iron in a body decreases with age, core temperature decreases. Taking increased iron and magnesium can increase a core body temperature many degrees. IMPORTANT: Check with a physician or licensed dietician for recommended foods, supplements and dosage. Also, some people opt to review themselves as they age vs. going through a more in-depth life review after they cross over. With increased sleep a person can occupy a space wherein they communicate and reciprocate with those who have already crossed over, allowing them the process of looking back to take place in a safer environment than trying to relive it in their emotional memories on this side.
