Q: Is it wrong to eat meat?
A: There is no sin in eating meat. However, meat is often taken for granted as just another source of protein - but it is not. It carries both the imprint of the animal’s life as well as death. In so far as more and more animals are treated with less and less kindness, their lives AND deaths are inevitably leading mankind to consume meat that has less and less positive energy. There is much to be learned about food in most societies. While it is often taken for granted in major metropolitan areas, the majority of those who live off the land know that it is through God’s grace that it is produced for their harvests. For them, their meals are not as high in negative energy.
If you cannot make the leap to see that the lamb, the pig, the cow or the chicken that you are about to eat had a full and loving life, ask for Jesus’ hands to come into yours as you pray over your food. Ask that the message of your food be that of health and vitality. Learn to love ALL God’s creatures. Treat ALL living creatures as if The God of Love exists in each, for when Jesus died on the cross, he carried to each of us a level of land that exists for his children where no foods shall harm a soul. Believe in the hands of Jesus being in your hands and feel the beginning of your miraculous recovery from eating unclean meats.
Believe and come home,
