Q: Why is it that people, world-wide, cover their mouths within the first second or two when something deeply emotional happens?
A: Almost always the thrill or threat of something more to come fills the person to such a degree that they feel they cannot sustain it - even if it’s something positive. Remember, the mouth IS a portal. To cover it eliminates the feeling of more coming in. Because the mouth is an entry port for positive or negative energies, it is important that a man or woman not feel vulnerable to unnecessary forces of energy. To release unwanted forces, puff out 3 very strong, forceful breaths at least twice daily for one month, and once daily thereafter. This will reduce accumulated anxieties, measurable weight gain, as well as open sinuses to re-addressing The Light. Even the temperament of fear and anger will reduce and disappear with regular exhausting puffs. Puff out full, deep breaths and watch the fun begin! Laughing WILL increase! Love & Light, LYNN SCOTT |
