A: You have the ability right now to hear from your friends and family who have crossed over. They are aware of your decision to try to make contact with them, and they are greatly overjoyed with that prospect.

THEIR PAST EFFORTS: When they first died they tried to make contact with numerous persons, all to no avail, so their line of communication eventually broke off. But it can be re-established.

YOUR PAST EFFORTS: When first you put out a desire to search for them you sent your attention out too wide, so your mind traveled in wide circles like a beacon on a radar screen searching for ‘blips’. As with most people trying to make contact into the unknown, your mind traveled to too many unneeded places which was exhausting and unstable.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE: Imagine a circle with a dot in the center. You are the center of the circle - mind, body and spirit. Imagine sending out one straight fixed line from this center point. This is your contact line and your family and friends are aware of it.

TIP: If there is a number on a clock you like, allow your line to cross into that number and stay fixed on that number. That’s it. Now you’ve built the bridge!

Allowing this visual will re-stimulate your mind and body to access the veil of love through which all loved ones pass. Because your family and friends on the other side are anxious for you to get going with this, be willing look at this visual as you sit for a while to stimulate your brain into knowing that you are a medium for YOUR family; not for the entire family of mankind…that’s the whole circle.
