Q: How can I be cured of snoring?
A: Snoring occurs because the front of the nasal passageways are blocked sufficiently enough to retard the breath of life from passing in and out easily. Because of the blockage, the nose is bypassed with the throat opening ever wider to allow more air in. Lungs need a specific amount of oxygen at night to keep the mind and body connected. If a person’s lungs are suffering from emphysema, asthma, bronchitis or other such pulmonary ailments, the breath of life becomes interrupted and sleep becomes a tiresome process. EXERCISE: Open your mouth throughout your day as wide as you are able. This will loosen your jaw muscles as well as allow your nasal passageways to expand. By doing this simple yet effective exercise you will eventually eliminate your body’s need to snore due to blocked oxygen intake. Be in witness to how amazingly your nasal passageways will effectively eliminate sinus infections as well as post nasal drip. In caring for your nasal passageways you will increase the amount of oxygen you carry to your bloodstream, thus allowing your skin to glow, your hair to shine and your teeth & bones to increase in density. Jesus shines upon those who ask to be HEALED through love. Those who ask for their oxygen intake to increase receive a spirit light of Jesus’ own to hold them in a sort of protective bubble. It is a coating of love that comes over the body felt like a case of the goose-bumps / shivers. Breathe-in as deeply as you are able throughout your busy day. Drive back from your heart old arteries and vessels choking off your oxygen intake. At the top of each breath try holding it for as long as you are able and then listen...in the back of your mind that faint yet familiar voice of The Lord will begin to be heard. Who would have ever thought that keeping snoring at bay could help drive the ghost of Jesus’ HEALED body into yours? Jesus did and now you know, too!
Believe and be saved,
Heal others through love. Heal yourself through that love.
