Q: What can I do to overcome depression?
A: Robbing millions from a life of joy, depression comes over a mind exactly like a pillow over a face. It suffocates and chokes-off the very breath of life. When a person comes into life they begin an early orientation about life through their family: what’s expected of them and what’s not; what’s good and what’s bad; what’s feared and what’s rejoiced. Sadly, most children come into families that detail what’s wrong with the world (including what’s wrong with them) far more often than what’s right. After a number of years even the most optimistic young person begins to see life through a different set of eyes as the veil of depression drops and their mind clouds over. They see things not through an expectation of joy but through the lens of ‘beware’. After 10 to 15 years in this environment, brain chemistry traces itself over and over through channels of darkness, illuminating moments of joy for only short periods of time. Family upon family, generation after generation, this disease has become predominantly encoded in the gene center of millions of males and females, alike. To erase this condition: Create a muscle-like third eye and begin to use it vigorously; religiously! Force yourself to imagine events with positive outcomes – no matter what! By forcing your third eye to see a newer and brighter outcome, you facilitate feeling a newer and brighter world! Eventually the outlook of ‘beware’ lifts. Your body of melancholy dissipates. The connections between you and your life of joy begins to happen because YOU lift yourself there through your heart’s desire to become one with a better world.
This works as fast as YOU work at it. Don’t delay! Practice Medicine of The Divine and reverse your family’s genetic predisposition to seeing the world through the veil of fear. Live free! Breath in the love of Jesus Christ!
