Q:  How can I achieve deep, sound sleep when my mind is so busy all night long?

A: Have you been sitting still for a few glorious minutes each day?  Those who take the time to allow their minds to still feel rested and ready for sleep to wash over them.  Those who deny a restful mind feel driven to take a freeway-like experience throughout their night.

Be smart AND wise!  Stop whatever it is that you are doing each day for at least 5 - 10 minutes of no sounds, no sights; no stimuli if at all possible.  Be still.  Move no muscles including your eyes.  Relax with love! This quieting of the mind is the clearing house of all fears, doubts, worries and extraneous (albeit purposeful but not essential) ideas that keep wanting to cross your mind.

At night as you fall into sleep, listen for your heartbeat.  Reach for its rhythm as you would reach to hear a train’s whistle in the distance.  To attract your heart to your mind is a soul-retrieval method for those who have feelings, dreams and even memories of being lost.  Believe that when you feel for your heart, your guides and angels come for you and take you quickly into the loving light of The Lord Jesus Christ which fulfills a dream of Jesus’: to have you feel his pulse within your own!

Love and beloved,
