A: In the void of feeling love for yourself, your mind has come into contact with the drum beat of, “I feel fat.” It has now become the mantra of your mind and the spirit of your body. It is both a sad and disparaging place for your mind and body to feel.

By working with the front of your brain your mind enters into the realm of the beloveds where it encounters and hears the spirit of The Lord. There, you will be working with choices that are in accordance with your body’s spiritual AND physical needs. It means that you will not only lose weight because the idea is pure and simple in its charge of electricity, but your mind will not fear, worry or argue with your heart about its chances for success.

EXERCISE: With your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your forehead, speak of truth and wisdom to your brain by reciting out loud 100 x this mantra: “Mind of me, I need my brain to operate from the front.”

Begin with this body first before you begin with your outer body because this body – your brain’s frontal cortex – excites nerve endings that commit to your physical body God’s gift to you: your HEALED DNA!

Electricity is an event whenever it strikes the Earth. So too it is an event when it strikes the brain. By sending your mind this new directive, it strikes your brain to reopen the portion of your thinking that is HEALED. When you have recited this all 100 times, you will notice a systematic shift (a chromosomal involvement) away from the body of DNA that involves your mother and father’s genetics and lead you into the HEALED light with Jesus at your side.

There are millions of reasons why you are on Earth, not the least of which is to perform a miracle through the belief in his mind and body for you to follow. Jesus’ body was HEALED through the power and the will of his Father in Heaven. Jesus’ gift to you is to take advantage of his DNA whenever you deliver yourself to him via trust, faith and love for he is the answer to all your problems: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Commit to the mantra and the spirit of your body which has been encased with, “I am fat,” will be released from its doom and gloom. The door will open to the electrical and magnetic waves of deep tissue building through the heart of Jesus who rose from the grave to teach each of us that death is not our final resting place. He is!
