A: The technique you seek is easy but you need to know that breathing energies are not equal. Most people assume that deep breathing is deep breathing in all that it accomplishes, but it is not.

Every man and woman has within them the ability to hear, see and feel the miraculous life. Few are attuned to it naturally. Attuning your mind and body to the miraculous is phenomenal. Breathing-in the energy of love sustains all that you need to release traumas, dogmas, addictions – and so much more.

TECHNIQUE: Begin with your hands above your head. Allow them to feel limp yet keep them upright. (It is then the ascension energy enforces the structure of your mind and body.) Inhale DEEPLY knowing that The Light that surrounds your mind and body is the extreme version of you, HEALED! As your hands wave-in this system of energy, all that you hear, see, feel and breathe is systematic of the HEALED energy, divined for mankind on Earth. Next, inhale deeply. Inhaling The Light deeply initiates and releases you into the miraculous atmosphere of love – the atmosphere of HEALED – and teaches you all that you ever desired to understand, for your nature as a child of God needs to know God in all manners!

Stay in this energy throughout your day by asking to see the signs of the miraculous accumulate. The atmosphere of you HEALED can appear only if you invite it into your eyes as much as you invite it into your atmosphere.

Driving a car on various fuels is possible, but for the driver who desires a fuel of light vs. fossil fuel concentrates there comes a point of energy alternative. If you (the driver) desire your mind and body (the car) to be fueled by The Light, know that The Light is debris-free and propels you homeward, rapidly, without the karma of darkness.

IMPORTANT: Remember to take time daily to tell your God of Love that you are grateful for this miracle of life. It enhances your heart to know that YOU supply The Light with your share of love.
