Q: Is taking vitamins important for children and adults? (I get nauseous soon after taking them.)
A: Yes, it is. It is vitally important because while the body is a function of the mind, the mind should not rule the body as secondary and then expect it to be a healthy, high functioning organ. Too often the mind of a man or woman who believes in God as ALL, places a very low priority on the body as its equal, but it is and should be honored in that manner. To avoid nausea, instruct your mind that vitamins are not just for the body but for the brain’S mind-connection, as well. ‘Re-mind’ your mind that brain cells need deliberate foods and minerals to re-build themselves in a healthy and optimal way each day. Should you opt not to feed your brain the necessary minerals it needs, it depletes itself of important brainwaves which sooner, rather than later, removes the desire of the person to, think, read, interact with others, or start new endeavors. Too soon stillness overwhelms the brain and body, and the mind – or soul – removes itself for another plane in which to reside…and the brainstem tells the body to stop. Children need vitamins too. However, children rarely have the nausea often associated with vitamins because when they take their Flinstones Vitamins (for instance), their minds see a happy vision vs. a medicine pill.
IMPORTANT: Children need to have their auras cleaned and updated daily. Energies of doubt fear and/or disease can reside in their aura fields, depending on their growth patterns. Rebuilding their minds and bodies through The Light of Love is the most important thing you can do to entrust a healthy outlook as much as a vigorous body:
OPTIONAL: Start practicing medicine of the mind and body today by leaning into your HEALED zone. Sit tall, tilt forward as far as you are able without being out of balance, and inhale deeply the ions of your mind and body HEALED by the God of Love, Jesus. Love & Light, LYNN SCOTT |
