Q: All my life I’ve experienced severe menstrual cramps and they continue to be nearly unbearable. I’m wondering if I am holding on to pain or past experiences in my stomach and reproductive organs. Any suggestions other than ibuprophen?
A: The cramps you are experiencing are from the mystery of infertility. There have been many men in your past lives who wanted you, but did not want the birth of their off-spring. So there is in your reproductive organs a pain connector. Additionally, there is a past life where you were pregnant with a man’s child who was with you in wedlock, but produced a child smaller than health could sustain, which reproduced such pain in your heart that you felt the body you had was unacceptable for motherhood, everafter. And finally, for eons there has been the DNA of men AND women who believe that a woman’s period is ‘a pain’ in that it interrupts the flow of life’s activities. Therefore, there is, in fact, a general pain-spirit near female’s fallopian tubes. To open the doorway to HEALED and reveal a pain-free future, all you have ever needed to do is to sit tall and exhale deeply to the point of feeling ‘light-headed’. This is the voice of experience, for every time the point of pain comes near a man or woman they need to sit tall and reveal the source of their pain (i.e. stomach, head, heart, etc.) and then focus on that center, breath-in deeply, and then fully exhale over and over and over again the darkness. Starting at the center again is what this exercise is about. As a person exhales deeply and fully they regain the center of balance of their own body, and the spirit energies which were attached to their organs or bones or even sinuses cannot stay attached. Please remember to deep-breathe anytime you feel even the memory of the cramps. This will sustain the breath-of-life which is pain-free. Love & Light, LYNN SCOTT |
